Certification Programme P800

The Mindfulness-Oriented Yoga (MOY) Teacher Certification programme is designed to equip Yoga instructors with the skills to integrate mindfulness into yoga instruction, blending the principles of mindfulness and traditional yoga practices. This 100-hour certification programme provides comprehensive training, focusing on both theoretical foundations and practical applications of mindfulness in a yoga setting. Aligned with the teaching standards set by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA), the course prepares participants to teach mindfulness-oriented yoga, enhancing the wellbeing of individuals in various settings, including yoga studios, wellness centers, and therapeutic environments.

Who is this for?

This programme is ideal for certified and trained yoga instructors seeking to enhance both their personal practice and teaching skills by integrating mindfulness into their yoga sessions. Participants will learn how to guide individuals in mindfulness-oriented yoga, fostering a deeper connection between mind and body.

This certification is specifically designed for use in professional yoga and wellness instruction. It does not qualify participants to lead 8-week mindfulness courses or other structured mindfulness-based programs. For those interested in teaching 8-week mindfulness courses, we recommend enrolling in our Mindfulness Teacher Training program.
